Building and Grounds (a) The Child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement not met as evidence by: 1 Facility staff followed Written Directives in PIN 21-21 CCP for lead water testing. Licensing Forms completed; 9275, 9276 and facility sketch submitted. Notification will be sent out to parents via "Sprout About". Director stated faucets will be repaired and/or replaced. All outlets will be bagged to maintain inaccessibility. Based on lab report analysis water from faucet C 84.2 (parts per billion) and Outlet M 19.0, D 10.30, E 11.1 ppb. These faucets samples taken on 08/10/2022 indicate levels of lead in exceedance. Children are provided bottled water water from the facility. Staff utilize the other PASS sinks readily available for the staff and children. Director stated that she will submit new restest results to LPA via email to dianna.valdezsantana@dss.ca.gov.
