Director, Sara Ramirez will conduct staff training and will LPA proof of correction. Licensing staff observed 8 children in the main play area no staff members were observed physical present with the children. LPAs observed 2 children leaving the play area to use the restroom no staff were present to escort the child to the restroom. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
