101161a-Limitations on Capacity-A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. 1 The director contacted the two parents during the inspection and informed them that the children could not continue to be enrolled. The licensee/director will submit a plan of correction to the Department by 10/10/25 via email veronica.wheatley@dss.ca.gov This is evidenced by LPA V. Wheatley observed two preschool children under 2 years old being supervised by staff #1. The facility is licensed for preschool children ages 2 years old to 5 years old. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care according to Title 22 Regulation. 8
