Child Care Center has taken the following actions: All faucets in the center have been replaced in the center. Retesting was completed and ppbs levels were within range. Director will send written plan of correction reflecting WD 101704 no later than 12/19/2025. An LIC9224 must be signed by each authroized representative. CCC conducted water lead testing and one (1) water outlet exceeded the action level exceedance per regulations. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
Based on observation, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above by 1 children left unsupervised in the classroom's restroom, which posed a potential health, safety, and personal rights risks to children in care.
