Based on LPA observation, LPA observed 4 6x6 foot in length and width wooden pallets stacked at least 5 feet with bags of Garden Bark (medium nuggets) located in accessible classroom/play area walkway outdoors. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on director interview, and record review, the required drinking water testing has not been completed. This poses a potential threat to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
