PER LPA OBSERVATIONS 103 CHILDREN WHERE PRESENT AND ONLY 91 CHILDREN WERE SIGNED IN ON THE SIGN IN/OUT SHEETS. 12 CHILDREN WERE NOT SIGNED IN.

(1) To enter and inspect the child care center in accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 1596.857. Parents were not allowed to enter the center due to Covid. 8
