information obtained during interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. 1 Director agrees to submit a written plan regarding implementation of walking the grounds and mapping positions to provide maximum supervision to children, while at play. Plan to be submitted to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 5/21/2025. A child was able to gain access to a strap, from a canopy located on the playground, and use it to place on another child's neck, causing visual marks on the child. Staff/teachers became aware of the incident as it occurred and not action leading up to it. 8 This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
