This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Director agrees to ensure posters are maintained on the nap room double doors. Additionally, Director agrees to provide training material of training signed by staff. Based on interviews conducted, sleeping infants were left alone in the nap room with the doors closed and without any adult supervision. This poses an immediate risk to infants in care. 8

This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Once staff returned from break, facility was back in ratio; however, an additional floater staff is needed moving forward to ensure staff-infant ratio is maintained at all times. Per lead teacher, there are part time teachers who can work on a full time basis to ensure Teacher-Child Ratio is maintained at all times. An additional floater staff will be available to ensure children are being visually supervised at all times. Based on LPA observations of sign in/out sheets and staff interviews, facility was operating out of ratio today which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 All staff including director will watch the following video: Teacher to Child Ratio in Child Care Centers and write a brief summary on what was understood at the following website: ccld.childcarevideos.org
