Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 After reviewing and viewing the information EPS agrees to provide a written statement on how she all staff will ensure that constant visual supervision will be met. The POC shall be submitted to CCLD on or by 11/29//2024. A sign-in sheet of staff provided with the training shall also be submitted.
