interviews with staff conducted during today’s inspection/. 1 Staff will send plan indicating procedures to be used to ensure supervision at all times, when children leave classroom, play in outside play area and return to classroom from outside play area. Staff will send plan to Fresno Regional Office by 03/11/2022. Staff stated a child was left in outside play area alone for less than two (2) minutes. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
