Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
(a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified 1 LPA received a copy of additional training provided to staff. POC cleared at time of visit. (b) in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement is not met as evidence by: According to interviews with S1 to S3, it was disclosed that on 08/20/2025 C1 was missing from room 2 for approximately 5 minutes and was found in room 3. 8
Based on interviews conducted with director Per director, effective tomorrow, children from the Toddler Option component will no longer be co-mingled with preschool children to ensure compliance at all times. Written statement provided to LPA during visit. and staff, children age 2 from the Toddler Option are comingled with preschool children prior to transittion and at times to meet the ratio. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
