101219 Admission Agreements (f) The licensee shall comply with all terms and conditions set forth in the admission agreement. 1 The center will review its admission agreement and follow all protocols outlined in the admission agreement and family handbook. Additionally, training or refresher sessions on protocol and procedure for exposure to communicable diseases will be reviewed with staff members. Training materials, along with the attendance date and signature of staff members, will be submitted to the Licensing office by the plan of correction due date. Based on the interview and record review, the center is not in compliance with the above regulation; it did not adhere to the proper protocols detailed in its handbook to minimize exposure to communicable diseases, such as hand, foot, and mouth disease. Not following the proper protocols outlined in the handbook poses/posed a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8
