Licensee will conduct a training on supervision with new staff. Licensee shall submit to CCL a written outline/plan on how the facility will physically and visually supervise children while on the playground by 6/10/26 WHICH REVEALED STAFF ARE SITTING AND ENGAGING IN CONVERSATION AT PLAY TIME INSTEAD OF PHYSICALLY AND VISUALLY SUPERVISING CHILDREN. THIS CAN POSE A POTENTIAL HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK TO CHILDREN IN CARE
The staff member is no longer employed with the facility. Licensee will ensure new staff will not communicate with children in an inappropriate manner by ensuring new staff is well versed with Title 22 101223 personal rights regulations. Interviews which revealed staff have communicated in an inappropriate manner with children in care. This can pose a health and safety risk to children in care.
