Cert Rep completed the initial facility inspection and observed the initial fire detection device test on 4/13/26. The fire detection testing log contained one date, 5/20/26. This date is 37 days after the initial inspection test date and 34 days before the renewal inspection date of 6/23/26. Fire detective device testing was not completed in a timely manner.
