On 1/23/25, evidence of an emergency drill conducted at least annually was not observed on file. The last emergency drill was dated 11/2023.

On 1/23/25, Child #1, #2, #3, #4m #5 files did not contain an updated financial agreement dated at least once in a 6month period. The agreements were dated 6/10/2024.

On 2/22/24, at time of inspection, diaper cream and Vaseline instructing to "keep out of reach of children" were observed in unlocked drawers accessible to children in the Inf/Young Toddler Room.

During the renewal inspection, certification representative reviewed the facility files and the emergency plan was not updated to include continuity of operations or specific staff duties per announcement c-22-04,issued 4/19/22.

During the renewal inspection, certification representative conducted a facility walk through and there was chipped paint throughout in the following areas: large front hall under the landingopposite the steps and under the left rear window and the window near the stairs.

During the renewal inspection, certification representative conducted a facility walk through and there were no handwashing signs posted at each sink.

During the renewal inspection, certification representative reviewed facility files and there was no written notification sent to the local traffic authorities.

During the renewal inspection, certification representative reviewed 3 staff files and the file for staff #1 did not contain pqas certified pediatric cpr/first aid certification from an approved provider /approved course.
