During today's inspection, several children s medications were in the office. However, the parents did not sign the documentation allowing the facility to have the medication.
During the inspection, the 2 years-old classroom children did not wash their hands before eating. The children were playing with the toys and on the floor.
During today's inspection, there are 7 infants with 1 teacher. The youngest infant is 4 months and olderst infant is 19 months. It is over the ratio.

Upon arrival, 6 children are in the office with the office staff which the area is for adult and teachers only.
During today's inspection, three teachers cared for 12 two-year-old children. The teachers were unable to establish proper behavior, and the classroom was chaotic. Several children were climbing on the tables, throwing toys, and running around the room. The teachers did not redirect the children.
There is an infant walking around with a bottle during the walk-through.
During the walk-through, for p-k and school age playgrounds loose fill were observed low. It was measured only 2 inches.
There are 3 infants' feeding instructions were not updated since June 2025.
There are several medication were expired during today's inspection.
A health statment needed for one infant in care.
This law was evaluated with regard to an investigation and has been found to be in violation with the Minimum Standard Rules for Licensed Child Care Centers based on observations made at the operation, review of records and supporting documentation, and interviews with parent and caregivers. By not checking the label, a caregiver was giving a wrong breastmilk bottle to a child.
