The caregiver was the only caregiver for the children at the time and was stationary rather than walking the playground, and two children were engaged in inappropriate behaviors for approximately five minutes.
During inspection, 3 rooms observed did not have sufficient lighting during nap time, as time was needed for the inspector's eyes to adjust to be able to see the children and caregivers in the room.
