Two of the changing pads in two of the classrooms had cuts on them and they could no longer be properly sanitized. They were removed and replaced during inspection.
The couch in a toddler classroom was torn and could no longer be cleaned and properly sanitized. The couch cushions were removed during inspection.
The infant feeding instructions were reviewed and were not current and up to date.
During inspection it was observed that a fence area was bent and broken and an A/C unit had exposed insulation that was accessible to the children.
This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegation and found to be deficient. The operation did not notify CCR a child had sustained an injury that required medical treatment.
During application inspection the parent handbook was observed and the explanation of outdoor activities was missing. This was discussed with the director.
