Two fire extinguishers were observed in a plastic bin of both of the transportation vans.
The first aid kit in the van was observed missing; scissors and adhesive tape. NOTE: This was corrected when supplies were added.
The PVC pipe in the toddler classroom was observed unattached which can cause a tripping hazard.
