The swing set measured 7 feet tall and was 5.5 ft from the fence and is required to be 14 feet use zone from the fence. The swing set also has swinging rings attached which are prohibited equipment.
At the time of the inspection, the playground had garbage littered across the ground. This was brought into compliance when the garbage was picked up during the inspection.
