Three trash cans were observed in two different classrooms to have items in them that were accessible to children in care. This was corrected during the inspection when staff placed a trash can with a lid in one classroom and removed the other two trash cans making them inaccessible to children.
Based on the evidence obtained during the investigation, a caregiver was not in close proximity to intervene as a child was incorrectly using playground equipment resulting in the child being injured.
