Caregiver stated they had 10 children, when I asked how many where in the classroom it was stated 7 children when I counted it was 8 children in care.

Of the 10 children's records evaluated, 1 lacked the emergency medical authorization. This was corrected at inspection when the director contacted the parent to retrieve that information.
