A preschool classroom was watching TV while having PM snack. This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the caregiver turn the TV off.
A toddler classroom had ten children with one caregiver. The specified age group was between 18-24 months. Another toddler classroom with a specified age group of two had twelve children with one caregiver. This was corrected during the inspection when the director took one child to another classroom and a child when home in the other classroom.
Multiple silver nail bolts were sticking out of the black barrier on the playground structure
A live ant bed was observed on the playground structure. This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the staff ember place ant poison on the live ant bed
A piece of wood flooring was observed separated from the wall in the preschool classroom.
Multiple classrooms had bluey playing on the TV screen while children were engaging in free play activities. This was corrected during the inspection when the teachers turned the television off

Bottles and sippy cups were observed not labeled with the childs first name and first initial of last name. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver was observed labeling all bottles with the required information.
The outdoor playground was observed having a mechanical machine, ladder, paint bucket, and mops sticking out of a basket accessible to children.
A infant was observed sleep in a crib with a bib laying inside of the crib. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver was observed removing the bib from the inside of the crib.
