Individuals who did not have an eligible background check was observed with children in care during the follow up inspection.

Based on the information obtained, it was determined a caregiver did not use good judgment when leaving a two-year-old in the care of a ten-year-old.

Based on the information obtained, it was determined a ten-year-old volunteer who does not meet caregiver qualifications was left alone with a child in care.

Caregivers did not wash children's hands after diapering. Note: This was corrected during inspection.

Disinfectant wipes were observed near a hand washing sink accessible to children. Note: This was corrected during inspection.

During this inspection I observed handbags and other items stored in a cabinet accessible to children. The cabinets were not locked. This was corrected during inspection. A plastic grate was observed on the Primary Playground. The grate was not covering the drain.

Two caregivers did not wash their hands after diaper changing. Note: This was corrected during inspection.

During today's inspection I observed brown ceiling tiles in Classroom 2 and the Hebrew rooms. Water damage was also observed around a window in Classroom 2.

The emergency evacuation and relocation diagram did not indicate the following: -The designated location outside of the child-care center where all caregivers and children meet. -The designated location inside the child-care center where all caregivers and children take shelter from threatening weather.
