(a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... Supervision shall include visual observation. 1 Director stated a training will be held regarding care and supervision. Director will submit a outline of the topic discussed and a list of those in attendance. Director also stated that new door alarms will be installed on front doors. Based on staff interviews it was determined that there was a lack of supervision. Due to lack of supervision this poses as a immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
