The Department was notified that Child 1 was left unsupervised outside their classroom, inside the fenced area for a duration of 1-2 minutes, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 Changes were also made to the check in and drop off procedures immediately on 05/09/2025. Another gate was installed on 05/12/2025
