As mentioned earlier Director submitted all required licensing forms, supportive documents and plan of correction. Director stated she will submit waiver to waive testing and sampling requirements no later than 01/13/2022. were beyond the allowable amount deemed by the State of California. Water Outlet “D” have Action Lead Exceedance (ALE) level of 12 pbb. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.

This reguirment not met as evidence by: 1 Director followed Written Directives in PIN 21-21 CCP for lead water testing. Licensing Forms completed; 9275, 9276 and facility sketch submitted. Notification sent out to parents, water outlet flushed (not in use), conditioning for 3 weeks, water filter installed onto pipping, Large Water Dispenser; readily available filtered drinking water Based on lab report analysis water from faucet A (36 parts per billion), and Faucet D (6.9 reading parts per billion). These faucets samples taken on 2/2/22 indicate levels of lead in exceedance. 8
