On 1/23/24, at approximately 11:45AM, during transition from the Infant 1 playground to the classroom, Staff did not conduct a proper name-to-face roll call, nor a sweep of the playground, resulting in Child 1 being left on the playground unsupervised between 30 seconds to 4 minutes. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
