(a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement was not met as evidence by: Site supervisor agrees to notify authorized representtives of the (ALE) at the facility. Claudia Villatoro agrees to have outlet M water fountain portion of the unit removed. Claudia Villatoro agrees to connect water back to the unit once fountain is removed and use outdoor outlet (M) can be used for hand washing only. Based on record review provided by Enthalpy Analytical Services outoor outlet was impacted with an (ALE) lead result of 11ppb by Certified Lead Sampler. Result is over allowable Action Level of 5.5 ppb.
