This requirement was not met as evidence by: Site supervisor agrees to notify authorized representatives of the ALE at the facility. Claudia Villatoro agrees to repair and submit current and future lead findings by a 101700.5 Certified External Water Sampler to the LPA. Claudia agrees to submit evidence of outlets J and K to test under the action level of 5.5 ppb. Based on record review provided by Enthalpy Analytical Services outlet (J) 6.9 ppb and (K) 7.9 ppb (ALE) in the infant room were impancted with an (ALE). These results are over allowable Action Level of 5.5 ppb. 8
