Based on interviews, it was revealed that staff allowed outdoor activities during periods of flea infestation. This violation of personal rights poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. 8 fleas are observed, in order to prevent flea bites. Site Supervisor stated that the new procedure plan will be provided to Licensing by October 14, 2025.
