Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when staff did not adequately supervised C1 and C1 pulled their pants down in front of other children which poses an potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
Based on interviews conducted it was determined that the facility had been having an odor in one of the classrooms due to a dead rodent in the wall which posed a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
