A REVIEW OF RECORDS REVEALED THAT ON AT LEAST ONE OCCASION, THERE WAS 2 STAFF MEMBERS WITH 12 TO 14 CHILDREN IN CARE IN THE INFANT ROOM LICENSEE WILL ENSURE THAT A 3RD STAFF MEMBER WILL BE AVAILABLE/ASSIGNED TO THE INFANT ROOM WHEN MORE THAN 8 CHILDREN ARE PRESENT DAILY.
