Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At 11:40 AM during staff file reviews, LPA observed two staff did not have immunization records inside their file. The two staff were unable to provide proof showing their immunization records during the visit which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
