... Director reported the incident to licensing on 10/6/22 and submitted the UIR written report 10/10/22. Director provided a written statement to LPA Lane at the inspection stating that she understands the reporting requirements and will report all incidents in a timely manner. Based upon Director interview, Director did not report incident to the Department timely which is a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to children.
