Director stated that she conducted a training with the staff members on 2/20/23 that includes the proper procedures on what to do when a child needs to use the restroom. Which includes diaper changing and On 12/07/22, staff did not attend to a child that was crying at the playground as she had urinated on her clothes, shoes and was soaked in urine. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 soiled clothes procedures. Director will submit the training agenda along with the staff members signed in sheet to Licensing no later than 03/06/23.
