Director and staff will constantly assess the facility for potential hazards. The child sustained an injury due to a sink becoming dislodged during hand washing. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.

Director has since repaired the sink and added extra brackets to remaining sinks to avoid potential injuries. Director and staff will constantly assess furniture and fixings for potenitial hazards. The bathroom sink becoming dislodged and causing an injury while a child was handwashing. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
