staff interviews and LPA's observation of the staff bathroom being dirty with dried Director, Alisha Franklin agrees to submit in writing on how the faciity will be cleaned each day by 04/15/22. feces stuck to the side of the toilet bowl and a dirty floor with trash strewn on the bathroom flloor in addtion to the trash can in a school-age (Rainbow Room) classroom not being emptied.
