Based on interviews conducted S1 left children in the classroom alone for about 1 minute to get C1 who eloped from the classroom. This is a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.

Center director, Ms. Arnold, stated that the facility will conduct a re-training for the entire staff on Personal Rights, as documented in Title 22. A copy of the regulation was provided by the LPA.
