Staff 4 (S4) and Staff 5 (S5) did not have proof that they obtained either a criminal record clearance or an exemption associated with this license facility which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on record review, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above as all did not have proof of completing the mandated reporter training for The General Training (2 hours) and for The Child Care Providers training (4 hours) which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

interviews findings. 1 Licensee stated that a copy of Supervisng Chidlren in Child Care Centers training agenda and attendance will be provided. LPA provided a video resource: Supervising Children in Child Care Centers located on website: www.ccld.ca.gov This documentation shall be sent no later than 3/25/22 to the Fresno Community Care Licensing office. I1 had access to a spray bottle containing Fabuloso and was able to place spray nozzle into mouth before staff was aware that infant had the spray bottle. Staff smelled infant's breath which smelled like Fabuloso. This is an immediate personal rights, health and safety risk to infants in care.
