Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed various types of cleaning products or other potentially dangerous items such as a spray bottle with bleach, bleach tablets, lysol spray, multi surface cleaner, swiffer mopping towels, diaper rash cream, sharp scissors, batteries, and staff personal handbags in unlocked cabinets, on low counters, or within reach of children.

Licensing Progam Analyst (LPA) observed that four out of five staff were missing updated Mandated Reporter Training for child care providers as the training had expired.
