Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there were two sani disinfecting wipe containers in room C16, a hand sanitizer bottle on a shelf at the entrance of room C6 and a hand soap container in the outside boys restroom that was not in a key locked area which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
