Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above LPA did not observe any staff memebers present in the facility with a current/vlaid First Aid and CPR as the course was done online which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as one outlets (outlet used for handwashing) out of twelve outlets tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses/posed an immediate/ a potential Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8
