Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above LPA observed the cabinet where cleaning solutions are located to be unlocked. LPA observed a large sharp knife on top of the kitchen sink and the kitchen door was not closed peoperl which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
