This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 By POC 03/24/2023, Owner Bonnie Li stated that she will transfer S-1 and S-2's fingerprints. Based on record reviews, S-1 and S-2's fingeprints were not transferred to the facility, which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. 8 A civil penalty of $200 was issued for Caregiver Background Check.
