Based on record review, there was no proof that Staff #1 (S1) and Staff #2 (S2) have current mandated reporter training (AB1207). This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Record review indicated that the teacher is fully qualified; however, both Staff #2 and Staff #3 are not qualified as teacher aides as they did not meet at least six postsecondary semester or equivalent quarter units of the education requirement. During inspection, census was conducted and there were fifteen children present.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in three out of three staff files. None of the staff present had a current CPR/First Aid Card which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
