Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During the staff file review the LPA was unable to review a current CPR/1st Aid certificate for any of the staff present at the facility.

Based on observations, interviews conducted, and records reviewed, the director did not comply with the section cited above as director did not ensure mandated reporter trainings were completed by the expiration dates which poses a potential safety risk to children in care.
