(1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. 1 Director made site ID E inoperable by means of a sign that reads "Do Not Use" and covering the outlet. Director stated outlet E was last tested on Friday, October 7, 2022 and are awaiting test results. Director will provide proof of repairst and re-sampled documentation via email by 11/11/2022. Based on lab report analysis water from outlets E (6.9 parts per billion), Outlet HH (8.8 parts per billion), Outlet II (10.0 parts per billion), Outlet J (5.6 parts per billion), Outlet JJ (14.0 parts per billion), Outlet P (12.0 parts per billion). Outlet samples were taken on 05/21/2022 indicate levels of lead in exceedance. 8 Filtered water pitchers from the other PASS sinks, along with individual bottle waters readily available for the staff and children.
