Director stated that S1 did not work in the facility anymore and that they will provided a reminder to all staff on their policy to maintain children’s information confidential in the next staff meeting. Facility will send LPA a sign in sheet of all staff present during meeting by 3/06/26.. Based upon staff interviews and video observed by LPA, child’s confidential information was exposed through social media which posed a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
Based on record review and Director statement, Director and staff member Lauren Ames did not renew the mandated reporter training, which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
