Cribs shall be free from all loose articles and objects, including blankets and pillows. This requirement is not met as evidenced during the inspections, LPA observed an infant sleeping with blanket in the crib. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. 1 The Owner agreed to have a training with all staff about safe sleep regulations and precedures and provide the discussion points and sign in for attendance to the Department.

This requirement is not met as evidenced during the inspections, LPA observed an infant sleeping with pacifier and it had string attached. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. 1 The Owner agreed to have a training with all staff about safe sleep regulations and precedures and provide the discussion points and sign in for attendance to the Department.
